The next meeting of KHAS will be on Monday, 10th November at our usual time of 7:45pm at the Kenilworth Senior Citizens Centre, Abbey End car park.
Our speaker will be Peter Walters who will be talking about “the Gunpowder Plot and Coventry”, a suitable subject for this time of year.
Peter Walters was a Feature Writer with the Coventry Telegraph for many years and has written three books on Coventry’s history, the most recent, will be out in paperback next year.
At the meeting, there will again be an opportunity to browse through history books that have been kindly donated and can be purchased for a donation towards the Harry Sunley Memorial Project, along with some Christmas cards, and also to buy back-editions of our own Kenilworth History.
Members: free. Guests welcome: £2 donation.
