Happy New Year!

I hope that you all had a lovely Christmas.  Our next meeting will be on Monday 9th January starting 7.45 pm prompt when a member of Wessex Archaeology will be talking to us about the amazing discovery of a lost Elizabethan Moat, Manor and Gardens at Coleshill during work related to HS2.

Looking forward a bit further, our AGM this year will be on Monday 13th February at 7.45, followed by our usual speaker meeting.  As last year, we intend to send out AGM paperwork by email in mid January so that you have a chance to read through everything and print off anything which you wish to bring with you to the meeting.  We will not be distributing this information at the actual meeting in order to save on unnecessary printing costs. Please note that it is essential for us to fill the vacant places on your Committee so please ensure that nominations for Vice Chairman, Secretary and third Committee member, together with any other nominations, are sent in good time.  If anyone would like to put themselves forward please feel free to do so and I will arrange the formalities of proposer and seconder.
